Drop Due to Failure to Pay:

If your payment is not received by Tuesday, 5:00PM, of the week prior to the start of course, your registration will be cancelled. You will be notified via email.

Requests for Refunds:

Requests for refunds must be received by mail or fax by Tuesday, 5:00PM (Pacific Time), a week prior to the start of the course. Download Refund Request Form.
