Research and determine if your organization subscribes to and is implementing the joint IAFF/IAFC joint wellness / fitness initiative. Please begin by identifying your affiliation (department/agency) and type of agency (career, volunteer, or combination) and then respond to the following:

• Is it appropriate for your organization? Why or why not?

• If you are a member of a volunteer agency, respond to the following: while proposed within the context of a unionized agency, evaluate whether or not the joint labor/management wellness/fitness initiative, or significant pieces of it, could be employed by your volunteer agency.
