Fixed a small glitch that we introduced in 1.1.2. Student list page was showing 0 score for objective tests that should have a score. The score was properly shown in student review, grading views, and the gradebook, however.

Grading views show auto-score in objective assessments based on current grading logic, rather than what it was when the submission was made.

This leads to an inconsistency - the value sent to the gradebook is from the database; the values shown in the grade views for auto-score and final-score are based on live calculations. These can be different if there was a change in how auto-score is computed since the time of the submission.

Our policy is to store the auto-score at the time the submission is complete. From then on, that is shown and used as the auto-score, even if there is a software change in how auto-score is computed.

If running in a JVM where the Locale was not "US", date editing was not working. Dates were accepted from the UI but then they would be rejected and disappear. This has been addressed in TC 1.1.1.
