The above fees reflect a $5.25 per-user cost, per term. The Etudes Board of Directors is committed to stable pricing from year-to-year. A sincere effort will always be made to keep rate increases within 3-5% or less. For example, for FY 2010-11, our rates were lowered by approximately $1.20 per-user across levels.
Contracts are renewable annually. Multi-year contracts are considered on a case-by-case basis.
NO license fees.
Other Services
* Completion of training (Introduction to Etudes) is required prior to teaching with Etudes. Training is at additional cost ($75 / per user). It is not part of the hosting fees. See available training sessions.
Individual Subscribers
Includes hosting and support for up to four course sites per term.
